The below passages from the Old Testament (Torah) state Abraham (a.s.) was to sacrifice his ONLY SON (or first son, as his second son was not yet born), which was Ishmael (a.s.) ..not Isaac (a.s.) whose name was falsly inserted into the blank space below 'by the lying pen of the scribes'
