The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting put off.

Did you know that there are approximately 38% of Canadians who struggle from mouth to mouth as there is never enough to make ends meet?

Harper gets a majority government with only 37% of the federal vote in the last election.

If the 38% of Canadians who are directly affected with Harper's governments plans to make the rich a great deal richer while cutting them out made it to the polls his government would soon be down the drain.

Harper is so worried about Layton and Iggy coming together that Canadians give Iggy a minority and make Layton the offical opposition but i will just have to wait to find out..

A vote for Harper is like stabbing yourself. Harper, with a majority government, will ensure that he leaves behind a small government (eliminate medicare, pension, employment insurance), makes it impossible future federal government to grow (reduce taxes substantially so that there is little left for anything else except for the military, jails and RCMP), entrench the religious right values (no abortion, end of multiculturalism) and ensure that provinces call the shots..

I find it interesting that nowhere in this article is the Prime Minister given the respect of being called, Prime Minister Harper.

If you read any news article in the States about their leader, they always start off by addressing him as President Obama.

Instead all I see is our Prime Minister, i.e. leader of our country, only being called, Harper.

I am surprised and disappointed concerning the lack of respect that our tax-payer funded media representatives have for our leader and the office he represents.

It doesn't matter if you like him or not, he is the leader of this country and deserves the respect that comes with the title.

My 2 cents..
