This worries me considerably.
It's like breeding is a national pass time in some of these 3rd world places.
How much of the world's food goes to feed these people?
We can't keep dumping resources into this bottomless pit expecting a return.
It's high time they took care of themselves.
Maybe then they'd realize you can't have a litter of children and expect to feed them all..
