LA SECTION DE VOTE DE LA CIRCONSCRIPTION LONGUEUIL-PIERRE-BOUCHER À BOUCHERVILLE QUI A MAJORITAIREMENT VOTÉ POUR LE CANDIDAT MARXISTE-LÉNINISTE EN 2011.
Les résultats officiels des élections fédérales de 2011 laissaient croire à une percée marxiste-léniniste dans 4 sections de vote de la région métropolitaine.
Le parti est arrivé en tête dans 3 bureaux de vote de LaSalle-Émard, et dans un bureau de Longueuil-Pierre-Boucher.
2 circonscriptions largement remportées par le Nouveau Parti démocratique.
Or, après avoir interrogé des dizaines de citoyens de ces secteurs, Radio-Canada n'a trouvé aucun électeur marxiste-léniniste.
ENQUÊTE SUR UN RÉSULTAT ÉNIGMATIQUE.
Notre curiosité a été piquée en parcourant la carte « Pour qui ont voté vos voisins? »
faite par Radio-Canada à partir des données d'Élections Canada.
Sur une carte dominée par la couleur orange, une tache rosée a attiré notre attention.
C'est que dans une section de vote de la circonscription Longueuil-Pierre-Boucher, à Boucherville, le candidat marxiste-léniniste, Serge Patenaude, a remporté 52,9 % des voix en 2011.
Pour beaucoup d'habitants du quartier, ce résultat est une énigme.
« Vous avez plus de chance de trouver un dinosaure dans le métro qu'un marxiste-léniniste ici »
nous a lancé un résident de la rue Christophe-Février, à Boucherville.

Après enquête, la solution de cette énigme se trouve dans le détail des résultats officiels d'Élections Canada par bureau de vote.
Dans Longueuil-Pierre-Boucher, le résultat du bureau numéro 18 comporte l'annotation suivante :
« Le soir de l'élection, les résultats du bureau de scrutin 18 n'ont pas été consignés correctement par le scrutateur sur le relevé du scrutin.
Le directeur de scrutin s'est servi de ce relevé pour effectuer la validation, au cours de laquelle les résultats de l'élection deviennent officiels.
Conformément à la loi électorale du Canada, ces résultats doivent être reportés tels quels dans les résultats officiels du scrutin et ne peuvent pas être modifiés. »
On souligne aussi que
« cette erreur n'a pas d'incidence sur le résultat de l'élection ».
Les véritables résultats indiquent que les votes du NPD et des marxistes-léninistes ont été simplement inversés.
Bref, une erreur a été commise, sans être corrigée au tableau officiel.
ET DANS LASALLE-ÉMARD...
Comment expliquer les succès marxistes-léninistes dans les trois sections de vote de LaSalle-Émard?
Les résultats néo-démocrates et marxistes semblent y avoir été inversés, comme à Boucherville.
Mais cette fois, aucune note n'explique l'erreur apparente.
Dans ce cas aussi, l'erreur probable n'a pas eu d'incidence sur le résultat de l'élection.
Si cela avait été le cas, un recomptage aurait pu être demandé par les représentants des partis politiques concernés.
Cette situation soulève cependant des questions entourant la précision des résultats officiels des élections fédérales.
Le responsable du dossier à Élections Canada ne nous a pas rappelés.

Les élections sont truquée, c'est mon petit doigt qui me le dit.
Sinon comment expliquer que les gens votent pour des partis corrompus à l'os et des menteurs confirmés?
Et cet article est une preuve que les élections pourraient facilement être truqées.
Si un quidam a réussi à faire une erreur en inversant 2 résultats e votes, il aurait très bien pu le faire sciemment aussi!

in the Syrian conflict.
He fuelled the rise of Islamic State

presents himself as
the only force that can stop it.

is military stalemate
followed, eventually, by negotiations
that lead to the
federation of Syria
or perhaps its breakup.
The chances of Syria emerging from this war unified
at
peace, and led by a more decent government than Assad’s
are slipping away.
“I see this as the final endgame in Syria,”
says McCants.
“It seems to me that we are seeing
the final consequences of
American inaction
over the last few years.”
«America, to some extent, tied its own hands
when
it failed
to enforce its own “red line”
and didn’t respond
with force
to a Syrian-government chemical-weapons attack
that killed hundreds of civilians in 2013.
If gassing children to death
isn’t enough to trigger
American military action against Assad
what would?
«A more robust response from the West to Russia’s air
strikes
might include more
substantial military assistance to rebels opposing
Assad.
Even aid on a scale too modest to affect the overall course
of the war could at least protect Syrians from some of
Assad’s more egregious
rampages,
such as
his air force’s habit of dropping
crude “barrel
bombs”
on civilian neighbourhoods.
“It’s pretty shameful that there have not been more active
efforts to stop indiscriminate bombing of civilians,”
says Sayigh.
“What Putin is doing in Syria is he’s testing the West,”

Institute for Near East Policy.
“It’s a classic Kremlin approach.
He did the same thing in Ukraine.
He takes steps and he wants to see what’s the response.”
That response so far has been mild.
Last Friday
after it became clear
Russia was hitting rebel
groups other than Islamic State
America, along with France, Britain, Germany,
Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia,
issued a statement expressing
“deep concern”
and calling on Russia to bomb the jihadist group instead.
Russian violation of Turkish air space last weekend
also
drew an official protest from NATO
of which Turkey is a member.
