You have to pity the soldier who fired the warning shot, too. Poor guy is probably beating himself up right now and maybe for the rest of his life
With 125 soldier deaths (maybe more) we have to wonder what these young people might have become and what copntributions they might have made had their lives not been cut short supporting the US invasion of Afghanistan to secure a pipeline.
As a Canadian I feel ashamed although I had no part in it. Our "democratic" government dismisses the wishes of the majority who want our soldiers returned. Is this the kind of democracy they envision for Afghanistan?
